Refund and Returns Policy
At Blackout Curtains Dubai, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the materials we use. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new window treatments. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to help.
1. Custom-Made Products
Most of our products (including custom-tailored blackout curtains, motorized tracks, and made-to-measure blinds) are manufactured specifically to your window dimensions and fabric choices.

Returns: Because these items are custom-made to your unique specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not match the measurements agreed upon during the consultation.

Cancellations: You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of payment. Once the fabric has been cut or production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
2. Ready-Made Products
For non-customized, ready-made curtain panels or accessories purchased from our stock:

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns.
3. Defects and Damages
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

We will arrange for a technician to inspect the product. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Measurement Policy

Professional Measurement: If our team performed the measurements, we take full responsibility for the fit. If the curtains do not fit correctly, we will alter or replace them free of charge.

Customer Measurement: If the curtains were made based on measurements provided by the customer, Blackout Curtains Dubai cannot be held responsible for sizing errors. We can offer alteration services for an additional fee.
5. Refund Process

Approved Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or via bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Exclusions: Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
